Meet Party Pal!
Party Pal has the only light up cubes that automatically change colors when placed in liquid. Each Pal typically lasts for 4+ weeks on average and each pack comes with four yellow Pals inside.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR GLO PALS:
Remove Glo Pals Light-Up Cubes from liquid. Blow through small slots in the side of each Cube. Store in a dry location for longer battery life.
Product Usage and Warnings
Please adhere to the following safety guidelines. Failure to do so could result in injury or death. Use products at your own risk. Parental supervision is required.

WARNING! Choking hazard. Only for children ages 3 and older. Please do not insert product into mouth.

WARNING! If product fails to turn off when removed from liquid, please discard.

Please be careful. The bottom edge of the Glo Pals have defined edges to act as a deterrent from placing the products into mouth. Because of this, and the fact that the Glo Pals sink in water, they can hurt if sat or stepped on.

Our products are intended to be used in tap water in household bath tubs. Do not place products in solvents, harmful liquids, or chemicals.

Our products must be placed in water containing ions to function properly.

Do not place in temperatures above 120 degrees Fahrenheit or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

Do not place in dishwasher, microwave, or other utilities that can rapidly heat or cool products.

Do not crush, modify, or attempt to disassemble products.

Do not use products if package or product tampering or damage is evident.

Due to the keep increasing shipping cost, we regretfully no longer able to offer a flat rate shipping in order to stay afloat as a small business.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
FLAT RATE standard shipping is Australia Wide
Up to 0.5 kg $11
0.5 - 1 kg $15
1-3 kg $19
3-5 kg $22
Over 5 kg $30
Express shipping $30 (only available for order up to 5kg).
Local delivery is $7 (part of your shipping fee will be refunded if we see that you are still within 10km from our areas).
Free Local pick up once appointment is booked and confirmed.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 days once it’s placed on business days.
We ship all orders via Australian Post (regular post) or Courier depending on your address and tracking number will be provided via email.
Delivery time via regular post is usually between 2-10 working days depending on your location.
Note:
Growing Little Folks will not be responsible for any lost or stolen product after it's delivered.
LOST-IN-TRANSIT ITEMS
Items will not be considered lost-in-transit until at least three weeks have passed since their date of lodgement. We can not replace item lost-in-transit or otherwise addressed until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are now offering shipping to international customers in the United States, Canada, and South East Asia.
Your order will be dispatched in 1 to 3 business day once it's placed on business days. We ship all orders via courier Sendle (regular post) and tracking number will be provided via email.
Delivery time via regular post is usually between 10-15 working days depending on your location.

Refund Policy
Faulty Item
Your order will be personally checked and packed carefully to ensure it arrives safely to you.
In an unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty, please notify us within 15 days and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost for you.
Our policy will last 15 days and unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund once those 15 days pass.
Please send all your queries through growinglittlefolks@gmail.com with your order number and the photo of the item you believe to be faulty.
All items must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you receive them.
Refund
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund will be approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind.
