Due to the keep increasing shipping cost, we regretfully no longer able to offer a flat rate shipping in order to stay afloats as a small business.

The new shipping rates are as follow.

FLAT RATE standard shipping is $10 Australia Wide for order up to 5kg.

BULKY SHIPPING for order from 5kg up to 10kg is $15.95.

EXTRA BULKY SHIPPING for order more than 10kg and up is $20.

EXPRESS shipping is $25 and only available for order up to 5kg.

LOCAL DELIVERY is $5 (part of your shipping fee will be refunded if we see that you are still within 10km from our areas).

FREE LOCAL PICK UP is available at Denham Court 2565. Please put in "local pick up" at the instruction section in your cart and we will refund you the shipping fee. Once your order is ready, you will get an email of when and where to pick your order.



All orders will be packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 days once it’s placed on business days.

We ship all orders via Australian Post (regular post) or Courier and tracking number will be provided via email.

Delivery time via regular post is usually between 2-10 working days depending on your location.


Growing Little Folks will not be responsible for any lost or stolen product after it's delivered.



Items will not be considered lost-in-transit until at least three weeks have passed since their date of lodgement. We can not replace item lost-in-transit or otherwise addressed until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those items.



We are now offering shipping to all international customer. At the moment, if you want to order, please contact us with your lists of order for a quote. We will try our best to find the cheapest shipping quote for your spesific order and address. Once we send you the quote, you then can decide if you want to go ahead with it. If you go ahead, you will get paypal invoice to pay your order. 

Your order will be dispatched in 1 to 3 business day once you made your payment. You will get your tracking number through email.

Standard Post is delivery is usually within 10-14 business days (depending on the location) 




Return policy

Refund Policy

Faulty Item

Your order will be personally checked and packed carefully to ensure it arrives safely to you.

In an unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty, please notify us within 15 days and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost for you.  

Our policy will last 15 days and unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund once those 15 days pass.

Please send all your queries through with your order number and the photo of the item you believe to be faulty.

All items must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you receive them.



Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund will be approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

At Growing Little Folks, we value our customers and would love you to have the best experience shopping with us.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind.

We also do not except a refund for SALE items.
